GMBA churches seek to fulfill the command of the Great Commission as identified in Matthew 28:19-20 and through an Acts 1:8 strategy.  That is to minister first to their local community and then expand to national and international mission opportunities.

The overall purpose of the association is to partner with and assist member congregations in fulfilling their mission task.  It’s about helping churches fulfill what they believe God is leading them to do.

God has placed us in a mission field and Gwinnett Metro Baptist Association churches are faithfully carrying the good news of the gospel to hurting people who need to hear the message of hope provided through a relationship with God through his only son, Jesus Christ.  We invite you to visit one of our churches that gather every Sunday to worship and honor God.
