Supporting Pastors

The Gwinnett Metro Baptist Network places pastors first because a church will be no stronger than those who lead. A pastor who is anointed, equipped, and skilled can be used of God to lead his members to minster to the congregation and to serve the community with an Acts 1:8 missions focus. Struggling pastors do not ordinarily lead strong congregations. Therefore, the Gwinnett Network provides learning cohorts, resources, consultation, and unique benefits to help pastors effectively lead their congregations. In addition, the Gwinnett Network provides resources and helps for churches when their church is in transition because of the loss of a pastor in the interim season.

Mental Well-Being

Pastors have the most important jobs in the world. You lead your family, you shepherd your flock, and you lead in taking the gospel to an unreached world. The call is sure, the opportunities are great, the blessings are many…..and yet the pressure is real. Sometimes pastors “hit a wall” and need a hand. Your mental well-being is important if you are going to be at your best for your family and your congregation. If you find yourself overwhelmed, help is available.
